Thank you for shopping with Nation Gear. Nation Gear products are produced and fulfilled through Levelwear Canada.

What's your return policy?
You can start a return here. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Purchasers that opted in for Checkout+ will have free returns. Purchasers that opted out are responsible for all return shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged.
To qualify for a return, returned items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or marks may not be eligible for a refund. If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for a return, Nation Gear reserves the right to refuse the return.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are offered on eligible items returned through our returns portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Yes. You can request an exchange through our returns portal. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts or please size up as all clothing is unisex—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case, please start a return and include photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, not functioning properly, or is the wrong item, please start a return and include photos and your order number.

Damaged in Transit
We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support-ca@levelwear.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We'll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Once fulfillment begins, we may be unable to update or cancel your order.
