All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support-ca@levelwear.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support-ca@levelwear.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Order Processing Times
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days upon successful submission and payment of your order. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding.
When you click “Pay Now”, your order is submitted for processing right away. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping is offered to individual orders with a value of $99 or more, before taxes and shipping. Multiple smaller orders or past orders, even if they have not shipped, cannot be combined to get to $99 for free ground shipping.
Our Shipping Carriers
We ship via Purolator and UPS.
Transit Time
At checkout, you will be provided with the transit time for different levels of service. Please note that shipping times exclude weekends and holidays and are estimates provided by the carrier, which can vary based on carrier delays, weather issues, and other circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or any of the territories.
