Who makes Nation Gear products?
Nation Gear products are produced and fulfilled through our merchandise partner, Levelwear. Levelwear handles product setup, production, and fulfillment.
Do products fit true to size?
Fit may vary by product. Please check the size guide and product notes before ordering.
How should I care for my product?
Follow the care instructions on the garment label. For best results, wash with similar colours and avoid high heat when drying.
Will sold-out items return?
Some products might return in the future, but restocks are not guaranteed.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship.
Do you offer free shipping?

Can I make returns or exchanges?
Since these items are made to order, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

Am I able to change my order after checkout?

Where do Nation Gear orders ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through Levelwear Canada.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Use the tracking link to follow your shipment.
My tracking has not been updated. What should I do?
Tracking updates may take time after the shipping label is created. If your tracking has not updated after a few business days, email support-ca@levelwear.comwith your order number.
My package says delivered, but I do not have it. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery area, mailbox, building lobby, or front desk. Then contact the carrier using your tracking number. If you still need assistance, email support-ca@levelwear.com with your order number.
